Gracedale gets top marks for aged care – again!
Gracedale Care is the award-winning aged care facility in Mt Roskill that’s managed by HBH Senior Living. Recently, Gracedale was audited by the Ministry of Health and was awarded four years’ certification (the maximum that is available), and two Continuous Improvements (areas where it is shown the facility if going well beyond what is expected). This is a fantastic result reflecting the dedicated work of the Gracedale team.
